Single row, mounted, with cart elevator, multifunctional use

The harvester, type Combi-1010E, is a tractor mounted, single-row top lifter, with cart elevator. The machine is characterised by its top-lifting assy. This results in high efficiency, cleaning capacity and crop protection. The top-lifting assy offers high-quality features such as a quick-release system for the pick-up belt, maintenance-free bearings for the pick-up belt rollers and an overload protection for the top-lifting assy, which are otherwise only found in trailed and self-propelled technology. In addition, the Combi-1010E offers various adjustment options and automatic functions. The machine is therefore suitable for small and medium-sized farms. The machine is carried in the lower guides of the tractor and an interaxle attachment frame. A share loosens the soil below the root. The rotating torpedoes raise the haulm/carrot tops so that it can be pulled out by the clamping belt. A root-cleaner removes adhering soil. A cutting unit removes the haulm/carrot tops at the base so that it can be ejected behind the machine. The carrots are loaded onto a collection trailer, driving next to the machine, with the help of a cart elevator.

• The bearing of the top lifter rollers with rubber spring elements is maintenance-free and therefore reduces maintenance costs and ensures a constant clamping force.
• The standard quick-release system for the following offset mounted top lifter rollers enables an easy adjustment of the clamping force or simple belt replacement to minimise machine maintenance costs.
• The first top lifter rollers arranged next to each other allow the clamping force to be adjusted in the foremost area. Compared to offset mounted top lifter rollers, these can achieve a higher clamping force if required in order to reduce losses or increase the harvesting speed.
• Low-wear top lifter rollers, made of steel.
• Cutting unit with special sealing for long service life.
• Precise synchronisation of the cutting unit by a gear transmission for an accurate removal of haulm/carrot tops and a long service life.
• The machine can be equipped with various automatic functions such as "Synchrodrive".
• Operation is via "ASA-BUS" touchscreen operator terminal incl. a control box.
